Thank you for choosing purEdit to curate your space. We are dedicated to ensuring your aesthetic pieces arrive safely, securely, and as quickly as possible.
1. Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive another notification with tracking details once your order has officially shipped.
2. Fragile Item Packaging
Because our collection features delicate items like tactile ceramics, minimalist lighting, and sleek glass decor, we take extra care in our packaging process. Every item is meticulously wrapped in premium protective materials to ensure it survives the journey and arrives in flawless condition.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We ship worldwide. Shipping charges and estimated delivery times for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Domestic Shipping (Slovenia): 2–4 business days.

EU Shipping: 3–7 business days.

International Shipping: 7–14 business days (depending on destination).
Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing or carrier volumes, which are unfortunately out of our control.
4. International Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For orders shipped outside the European Union, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.

purEdit is not responsible for these charges if they are applied; they are the responsibility of the customer.
5. How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become active.
6. Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Due to the size and fragile nature of our products, we generally cannot ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a physical street address at checkout to ensure a successful delivery.
