Refund & Return Policy

At purEdit, we want your aesthetic pieces to be a perfect match for your space. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, don't worry—our return process is simple and transparent.

1. 14-Day Return Window

In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving your package without giving any reason.

  • Once you have notified us, you have an additional 14 days to safely ship the items back to our studio.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a full refund, items must be returned in the exact same condition you received them:

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original, unopened packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase must be included in the package.

  • Please note: Since ceramic decor and minimalist lifestyle accessories are fragile, please ensure the items are securely packed. We cannot issue refunds for items that arrive damaged due to improper return packaging.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • The buyer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item (unless the item arrived damaged upon initial delivery).

  • We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee or take responsibility for items lost in transit back to us.

4. Damaged Items upon Delivery (Damages & Issues)

If an item arrives damaged (e.g., cracked ceramic or broken glass from transit), please contact us immediately—within 48 hours of delivery—at [your-email@puredit.com].

  • Please include a clear photo of the damaged product and the packaging in your email.

  • In this case, we will immediately send you a replacement free of charge or issue a full refund, including original shipping costs.

5. Refunds Process

Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether your refund is approved.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment (Credit Card, PayPal, or Bank Transfer).

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect on your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
